SCADA FOR AI · WATER
SCADA for AI for water and wastewater
Pumping stations, treatment works and networks where a missed alarm or a wrong setpoint affects public health and the environment.
Example data — illustrative scenario, not a real plant
Example: Pump 3 trips overnight
- Motor current on Pump 3 rises above its normal range at 02:14 and the pump trips at 02:31.
- Data quality shows the wet-well level sensor went late 40 minutes earlier, so the AI flags low data confidence.
- Asked "why did pump 3 trip last night?", the assistant points to the current alarm and the late level readings, and suggests a level-sensor check.
- A duty-pump setpoint change is requested, checked against its safety limits and approved by a second person, with the reversal step recorded.
In every step the AI observes and recommends. Commands still need a named requester, a different approver and a recorded way to reverse them.

Signals typically watched
- Wet-well levels
- Pump current and run hours
- Dosing rates
- Turbidity and chlorine residual
Connecting your equipment
Available today: secure HTTPS device connection through a site gateway. OPC UA and MQTT connectors are planned and will only be offered once tested with real equipment.
