Questions people ask first

What counts as a tag?
One measured or controlled point — a temperature, a current, a state of charge, a setpoint. A typical transformer bay uses six to ten tags.
Do I need to open my firewall?
No. Your gateway makes outbound connections only and posts readings to a secure address using a device key you can replace at any time.
Can the system operate my plant by itself?
No. AI analyses readings and recommends. A named person requests a command and a different owner or admin must approve it before your gateway collects it. Every step is recorded.
What happens if the link drops?
Your gateway buffers readings locally and sends them when the link returns. Missing data shows as a gap, never as an invented value.
Is VAT included?
Yes. All prices shown are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.
