SCADA FOR AI · ENERGY
SCADA for AI for energy and substations
Substations, solar, battery storage and grid connections, where operators need context fast and commands must stay inside safe limits.
Example data — illustrative scenario, not a real plant
Example: transformer temperature climbs during a heatwave
- Top-oil temperature on T1 trends towards its warning limit through the afternoon.
- The assistant cites the readings and the battery dispatch events behind the load increase.
- A battery export setpoint change is refused by the maximum-change-per-step limit, then resubmitted in two smaller steps.
- The shift summary records the alarm, both commands and the open item, and is signed off by the duty engineer.
In every step the AI observes and recommends. Commands still need a named requester, a different approver and a recorded way to reverse them.

Signals typically watched
- Transformer temperatures
- Feeder loading
- Battery state of charge
- Inverter availability
Connecting your equipment
Available today: secure HTTPS device connection through a site gateway. OPC UA and MQTT connectors are planned and will only be offered once tested with real equipment.
