SCADA for AI for buildings and campuses

Heating, cooling, ventilation and energy across estates, where small setpoint changes add up and out-of-hours changes need care.

Example data — illustrative scenario, not a real plant

Example: out-of-hours cooling change

  1. A request to lower the AHU 2 supply-air setpoint is made at 23:00.
  2. The blocked-hours safety limit refuses it and the refusal is written to the audit trail.
  3. In the morning the request is resubmitted, within range, with a reversal step, and approved by the estates manager.
  4. The assistant answers "why was the library warm yesterday?" citing the zone temperature readings and the delayed change.

In every step the AI observes and recommends. Commands still need a named requester, a different approver and a recorded way to reverse them.
