How we improve, and who benefits
Every approved improvement to AGS APIP, AGS Automation and the ALFI & EDIE agents, with its Equitable Value Reinforcement (EVR) score. Suggestions are prepared with AI support and approved by a second AGS person before they appear here.
How the scores work
EVR measures whether the value of an improvement is shared fairly across everyone it affects, and kept going over time.
EVR (0–100) = 30% value distribution (groups benefiting ÷ groups affected) + 25% benefit persistence (sustained at 3, 6, 12 months) + 20% fairness index (no group absorbs disproportionate cost) + 15% accessibility and inclusion + 10% reinforcement strength (policy, procedures, training).
Bands: 90+ Optimised equitable value · 75+ Strong reinforcement · 60+ Adequate but uneven · 40+ Significant value imbalance · 0+ Inequitable improvement outcomes.
Scores are estimates made when an improvement is planned, not audited results. Results are recorded when an item is closed. Questions or challenges: contact us.
