SCADA for AI for manufacturing lines
Production lines and machines where downtime, quality and safety all depend on knowing which machine an alarm really belongs to.
Example data — illustrative scenario, not a real plant
Example: repeated stoppages on Line 4
- The filler on Line 4 stops six times in one shift; the plant map rolls the alarms up to the line.
- Data quality shows the vision camera feed is complete but the jam sensor is stale.
- The AI draft of the shift summary lists the stoppages and the stale sensor as an open item.
- The shift lead edits the draft, adds the maintenance request reference and signs it off.
In every step the AI observes and recommends. Commands still need a named requester, a different approver and a recorded way to reverse them.

Signals typically watched
- Machine states and stoppages
- Cycle times
- Reject rates
- Motor temperatures
Connecting your equipment
Available today: secure HTTPS device connection through a site gateway. OPC UA and MQTT connectors are planned and will only be offered once tested with real equipment.
