Refund Policy

Who you are buying from

APIP, SCADA for AI and all AGS apps are provided by Automated Governance Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16076383 and VAT registration number 489 2422 58. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

Our order process is conducted by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for orders placed through our checkout. Stripe handles payment processing, invoicing, receipts and sales tax or VAT on our behalf.

30-day refund window

You may request a full refund of any subscription payment for APIP, SCADA for AI or any AGS app within 30 days of the date that payment was taken. This applies to first payments and to renewal payments, whether the app is purchased separately or included in an AGS subscription.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, access to the paid features covered by that payment ends. Any remaining access is subject to the relevant app's free or trial terms, where available.

A free trial, including a 30-day SCADA for AI sandbox trial, has no payment to refund. If you subsequently make a subscription payment, the 30-day refund window starts on the date that payment was taken.

How to request a refund

Use the Request Refund Form link below to ask AGS for a refund form through our Contact page, or email contact@automatedgovernancesystems.com. Include the app or subscription name, the email address used at checkout, the payment date and the invoice or order reference. Request your refund within 30 days of payment; you do not need to wait for a form before contacting us.

We aim to acknowledge every request within one business day and to process approved refunds within five business days. Sending an enquiry does not itself issue a refund; AGS reviews the request and confirms the outcome by email.

Receipts and invoices are issued automatically by Stripe to the email address used at checkout.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time using the billing controls available for your subscription, the billing portal link on your invoice, or by contacting contact@automatedgovernancesystems.com. APIP subscribers can also use Plan & billing inside the APIP app. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one using the process above if you are within the 30-day window.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
